I’m looking to buy a new digital camera. Something a little nicer than a traditional point and shoot but not quite an SLR. I was looking at 1. Nikon Coolpix L110 2.Canon Powershot Sx120 3. Canon Powershot G11 4. Panasonic DMC-FZ28 — or any other suggestions. Picture quality is one of the most important factors to me. I am looking to spend around 0-400. Does anyone have any opinions on these? Thanks!!

I want to get a new digital camera. The main feature I want is a strong zoom. I see them with x7 but would like more than that. What cameras do you suggest I look for. I take wild life shots and sometimes it is 4 or 5 hundred yards to the elk or moose I am trying to photograph. I need something as powerful as it can be in a not to big of camera as I pack in and hike getting to these places. Thanks for any advice you may have.

I’m wanting a new Digital Camera with at least 12x optical zoom with the largest image sensor possible. My current (Konica-Minolta Z3) has a 1/2.5" sensor but I’d like one with at least 4/3 if not full-frame. Do they make any with a sensor this large or are sensors this large reserved only for SLR’s?
