Have a 120X Carl Zeiss Sony Digital zoom Camera/Handycam. Bought a Memory stick MSX-M1GST.
It had a 8MB memory card that worked fine but as you can imagine, it doesn’t hold many pictures with 8MB.
Will I be able to use this 1GB memory stick?

I’m wanting a new Digital Camera with at least 12x optical zoom with the largest image sensor possible. I have a Canon PowerShot A95 and it has a 12x Optical and Digital zoom combined but to me, it doesn’t zoom very far at all. What is better…..a 3x optical zoom or a 12x optical zoom?? Which will zoom farther? What are maybe some cameras that will zoom really far?
It just says 12x Optical and Digital combined. I’m not sure if that means both are 12x or not. I just know that I’ve stood next to people at concerts over 150 feet from the stage. They have these little slim Kodak pocket cameras it seems and they are able to zoom all the way up on stage and get close up shots. My PowerShot will only zoom halfway to the stage and probably costs twice as much. idk, it’s just frusturating.

I have a Sony Cybershot DSC-W80 (7.2 mega pixels/ 3x zoom).
I am looking for a new ultracompact camera. I want at least 4x zoom. And most importantly, I want it to have a good shutter speed. The lag on my sony cybershot is so irritating, like when I want to take a picture of my cat or dog, they move before the camera can manage to take the picture. It takes like 3-5 seconds after hitting the capture button to take a darn picture. lol
So, those three things are important: speed, at least 4x zoom, ultracompact.
Any suggestions?
